Thanks manmarine!
I noticed in your sig that you have several anemones in your setup. I read in an article in nano-reefs.com that its not advisable to have anemones in a small tank. Am i right that your tank is a 25-gallon tank?
I think that I would like to start a nano reef. Maybe I'll go for a 20, 25 or 30-Gallon tank so that I won't have to buy too many accesories at first like skimmers, sump, etc.
I know that nano reefs are advised for intermediate to expert hobbyists because of the attention and care you need for such a small setup but I think I can manage with
LOTS and
LOTS of research. Plus, I'm very patient.
When I get more experience then I'll go for the bigger tanks and maybe include SPS. Tanks are not really a problem since I have a spare 75-gallon tank and a couple of 50-gallon tanks at home.
I started with the hobby way back in high school with my classmates. But that was with freshies.
For those who believe no explanation is needed.
For those who do not nothing will suffice.
