pag nasira na sq2200 ko saka ko din gawin yan. Hehe. Sana nabasa ko na to bago ko pa nabili yung queen ko as my xmas gift. Anyway, naisip ko lang. Matagal na ang skimmer na yan, pero bakit hindi pinapalitan ng queen yung design ng skimmer nila? Kailangan ba talaga na i-funnel yung loob niya?, pwede naman palang kahit wag na. What exactly is the reason of its design when you can make it a straight large hole and use a less powerful pump instead? Baka po talaga may rason kung bakit ganoon ang ginawa nila. Hmmm...

Is the skimmer supposed to foam? I only get partial fine bubbles. I inserted 3 tubes na sa intake of the seaquest 600

yung air line tubing sir dapat hindi nakalubog sa tubig yung isang dulo, dapat makahigop sya ng hangin. baka po yun yung mali sa setup nyo?

Pls Anyone, Pls Help 
Im this close to throwing this skimmer in the trash
1. Nope No foam whatso ever
2. Did the mesh mod (couldnt find the enkamat so I got dish scrubbing mesh at the grocery to do mod)
No major diffrence
3. Did the reciculation mod with a Rio 90 pump, no foam parin

Yep a sq 600 but also used a rio1400 before the mod

I just modded my Queen turbo skimmer. Kaso hindi ako successful sa method na blade ng pump ang dudurog sa bula kasi laging natatanggal ang silicon tube. Konting galaw lang tanggal agad. What I did is I inserted a hose on the air intake ng pump na connected naman sa air pump. And guess what.... It's way a lot better! Tama ang thread starter, my turbo skimmer was never the same again. Talagang ang lakas ng bula. Way a lot better kesa nung default lang.

Ganito po ang ginawa kong setup
Ang kaibahan lang is yung air line tubing connected sa air pump para mas malakas pasok ng hangin.
