andito ako sa tutok ng bundok mikey hirap mag connect,,yung kahapon lang yung last..hopefully by thursday o friday makakauwi nko sa manila..txt mko bro kasi di ako mkapag connect sa phone ko sayang ang load.hahaha..

i'll do the second coating tomorrow tapos yung satin finish by thursday. sige text-text na lang and have a great time!

Build update:

slots were cut on the wood and sanded the whole thing using 150 & 360 grit sandpaper...




installing the center panel...




test fit...

fabricating the end cover...

2 3/4" plywood was glued together to make the ends that will conceal the edges of the aluminum...


the edges were grounded...


the aluminum was then epoxied to the cover and then fastened by a 1.5" hi-low screws...


test fit...
