i'm not really familiar with the schematics of a reactor and somehow i'm interested in this... san yung inflow? paki batukan na lang ako kung medyo stupid yung tanong ko... :roll:

just a thought... di ba yung mga reactors sagad hanggang ilalim yung inflow pipe? pwede kayang dagdagan yung center tube para masagad until it almost touches the bottom?

i have measured the middle tubing, its 35mm on boyu wg308 hopefully same size lang sila... hanap ako pinaka malapit na size nya sa pvc...

kung 35mm ang ID nung center pipe, pinakamalapit na yung 1" na pvc. yun nga lang, and OD ng 1" pvc is about 33mm so kelangan mo ng pampasikip... ok din siguro kung silicone gagamitin mo pandikit o kaya balutin mo yung dulo ng pvc with teflon tape para detachable yung pvc dun sa center pipe.

my stupid boyu skimmer wg308 was busted since monday... hindi na sya gumagawa ng bubbles... instead of retiring it, i decided modding it into a phosban reactor...

so here it goes:

first i pulled out air tubing kasi wala ng silbi yan

then pumutol ako ng 1" sa air tube and glued it on the rim of the wheel para hindi matangal
pagbinaligtad na

then gumupit ako ng scotch brite and placed it around the rim

then here's the collection cup

nilagyan ko ng seal yun hole ng collection cup para walang makalabas na media

then pinagkinabit ko na lahat ng components and here's the finish product, nano phosban
reactor from a busted boyu wg308 skimmer, downside lang may onteng ingay hehe but its no problem... :mrgreen:

all i have to do now is get myself GFO and fire it up :mrgreen:
