SeaTurtle Custom Build: Dual Tank System (Done Project)

Greetings RP! i will be building another tank and i want to share it here again...

so here we go...

...the system will be composed of two tanks. main tank is about 220 gallons (internal dimensions: 83"x24"x25.75") and the lower tank is about 160 gallons (60"x31"x20"). the sump will be more of an equipment chamber with a FBF (fluidized bed filter) system. overflow-sump-return system will also be integrated in this unit.

Day 1

first day of the build... the base of the tank was dry fitted and will fix everything in place tomorrow...





...the basic frame was made of 2x3's and 3/4 ply was used for the platform. will be posting more updates tomorrow. thanks for viewing.

Day 5

few updates: i've been very busy these days so the progress in this build is a bit slow. also, aligning the bases has been harder than i thought. on to pics...

i started the alignment yesterday. honestly, i am not finished with it yet





sump walls were dry fitted along with the pipes...






...hopefully, i'll get the alignment done by tomorrow so i could install the legs already. more updates to come. thanks for viewing.
