diy Live rock. aragocrete?

ask lang po here mga guru if any one tried using or making aragocrete diy live rock? any tip po im planning on making one for my 50gal softies tank. lalo na po ung sa curing after making, sana may mga info kayo ma share. tnx rp!

i made that rock sometime last year as a mock-up for an entire rock wall. i used crushed hollow blocks (instead of sand) and cement. the curing was done by completely submerging the rock in water 24 hours after the "fabrication" of the rock. daily water changes were followed to eliminate the high alkaline produced by the curing rock. the curing took about two weeks for that size.

yung akin.. LR na maliliit tapos normal cement lang.. fowlr din ako, so far ok naman..

@obet gano katagal curing mo? if ever ba na magkamali ka sa curing malaki effect sa tank mo?

sobrang taas ng pH mo niyan.. dati kasi nung bago yung cement sump ko, hindi ko naisip, i-cure.. biglan ko na-online.. ayun, patay lahat ng softies ko.. nasa thread ko pa yun.. pero walang effects dun sa iba, including fishes.. kasi medyo hardy na nga.. pero cure it na lang, just to be on the right side..

thanks guys! ummm obet im using cement sump 1 yr na i remember diko ni cure ung cement nun la naman effect dati y kaya?
buti hindi nagcrash tank ko :S

may corals ka ba sir? yung mga lps ko, wala naman naging problem.. yung mga softies, patay lahat.. hindi naman nagcrash yung tank ko din.. yun nga lang, sobrang taas ng pH..

ummm la pa ko pang test ph nun pero nabuhay mga xenia ko datym po diko matandaan if meron ako casualties if meron po ata hindi ganon kadami u think ok aragocrete obet? try ko na lang cguro ung aquascape with pvc hindi kase ako marunong step by step nun e. hehe
