Nag start na po ako mag cycling ng tubig 2days ago then napansin ko na bumaba yun water level ang dapat ko po ba syang dagdagan ng tubig or should i wait for two weeks for 10% water change...,salamat po sa comment and more power

check your salinity bro.. Then kung tumaas, dagdagan mo until makuha mo yung tamang salinity. Nag-eevaporate talaga ang water but dont worry kasi normal naman yun lalo na ngayon summer na. Mas mataas ang evaporation dahil sa init. HTH

Hindi naman nag bago yun salinity Nya nasa 1.020 pa din sya , pang 3 days pa Lang yun aquarium ko , I'm using redsea saltmix

1. I have 2pcs hydrometer and same level sila pareho.
2. No leak ang tank I tried to check all the angles
3. May yun anquarium ko is 30x18x18 customized by mang Ramon

Yun nabawas is hindi naman masyadong marami cguro mga half inch Lang naman.
Oks try ko na Lang mag add ng salt mix ulit para tumaas un salinity ko to 1.023 , sabi Kasi nun na pag tanung an ko sa kartimar is 1.020 daw yun salinity kaya yun un ginawa ko sa level ko

most porbably its due to evaporation.. just add the same amount of freshwater.. floating hydrometers are not really that accurate.. they will give you an estimate.. and a few inches of evaporated water will not affect the salinity that much..

yes no leak a d its due to evaporation nga. im still on cycling process on 8th days and advisable na ba mag water change ng 10% or mag add na lang ako ng freshwate

if the water evaporates you only add fresh RO (reverse osmosis) water. Its not water change (WC) its Top-off water (replacing the evaporated water with fresh water). WC is changing the water with the same salinity. part of maintenaing a saltwater tank is topping off evaporated water.
