Ganun ba? Actually binago ko yung set-up ko kasi naglagay ako ng sump kaya nag 100% water change ako. Will it take another 2-4 weeks bago ma-complete yung cycle? Safe ba kung maglagay na ako ng fish?

yes, delikado ang nitrites. wag ka muna lagay ng fish, kawawa. wait for the cycling to finish.

don't add any fish when you are cycling. die off from the LR is enough para magjumpstart yung cycle.
a very lifeless and empty 180 gal tank and a dead 75gal sump.
