This is much more of an impact to sellers than buyers. Masyado broad ung bill.
"The younger Arroyo said that under the measure, the approved aquarium-collecting list shall only include species that can survive capture, transport and be in captivity for at least 180 days."
I think most of the aquatic live stock that are available in LFS can survive more than 5 months (easily) in captivity if you just know how to care for it.
