Pest?

Sir Charles, i came across these creatures in my tank and is wondering if they are pests. Would you mind help me ID these and if they are really pests, how can I get rid of them? Thanks!

Brown spots on gonio, sometimes it disappears:


Thin semi-transparent stalks growing on the live rocks. Easily broke when trying to touch/remove it but grows back again in 2-3 days:


Tube like body with 2-3 thin strings attached to the live rock. The strings also move from time to time:

The brown spots are hard to see, but I am sure they are most likely flatworms, not a big problem but I would pick them off when you have the chance.

The second photo is a sponge, this particular one is very common and quick to grow as you've noticed.

The third photo is a worm species, which sends out feeding tendrals to gather up detritus and other food particles. Very common and of no harm.

The last photo is a brittle starfish, most of which keep their bodies hidden and just stick their arms out to try and catch passing food.
