I wouldn't. Simply because they would contain freshwater, and if a marine organism injests enough of them, they could suffer from osmotic shock from consuming a good bit of freshwater. Someone on this forum had that problem when they fed freshwater shrimp to their marine fish.

Forgot to mention that your feather duster worms would probably not be able to capture such foods and instead should be fed phytoplankton and detritus. With good flow in the tank, it should be getting enough to eat if you dose a bit of phytoplankton in every day or every other day.
