hi, saw this WORM last night

is this a good worm or a bad worm? i think its around 5-6inches. at first i thought my xenia is growing or something, but when i looked closely, i saw that its moving... when i tried to get it, it moved SO FAST...

should i remove it?

Its impossible to tell what family it belongs to without very detailed photos of its head area. But given what I can see of it, I would not be too concerned as that is still quite a small specimen.

i cant seem to find what worm it is... though it looks like A Syllid swarmer (epitoke) in the Exogoninae genus.

im successful at getting it, i just pinched it eh i didnt divide it self into two, i got the whole thanks luckily. here''s a clearer pic of the worm:

I think it is a Syllidae, no harm and would put it back if you can.
