5050 6 LED Module

Im doing some research and checking prices online for some LED lights, I still cant decide if i'll go with a full spec china lights or start my own DIY project for my 50gal fowlr tank, Im planning on adding some corals na kasi and maybe a rbta to my tank, water params are great and has been steady for already 4mos now, fishes on my tank are doing great, increase in size are amazing, I plan on just buying a china led to avoid hassle but Im now veering to doing a DIY lighting project bec I was amazed by the success of those peeps here who made their own LED lights for their tank, it also adds a WOW factor and some kind of a TLC effect on being hands on with building my own fixture, so I decided to do some research, I bumped on this seller online and asked some few questions about LEDs bec I saw those LEDs that looked like the ones that was used on most of the projects here, but these guy keeps on insisting I buy those 5050 6 LED modules bec its cheeper and he said its easier to install, I think I have read a thread about a guy who used this kind of LED that turned out hes nem has totally bleached, so I said that LED wont work for me, he said that this latest model have 6 LEDs unlike the old one that only have 3 on it, saying its better and more brighter than the old ones, also mentioned that many reefers are switching to these types of LEDs, so I need some input from you guys about what you think about this kind of LEDs,They are really cheap (20-25 ea), so I want to know if anyone have used any of this to find out if this guy is just lying..

I need some input and advice for my 50gal before I start buying LEDs for my project so I can soon add some corals and anemones.. Im still doing some reading on the LED projects here and hope you guys can share some basic knowledge with me when it comes to LEDs.

3w leds yung usual ginagamit ng mga nag DDIY
yung mga mas advanced na DIY multichip leds ang gamit

SMD 5050s kung yan ung mga 12v led strips IMO mahina,, kahit for freshwater planted tanks mahina sya.
best bet parin maniwala dun sa seller kung ginagamit nya mismo ung binebenta nya at may actual proof ng long term success na sya

Ask him to show you tanks running on that smd5050 led kung gsto tlga nya makabenta.

Suggestion po ng color combination at number ng leds pati narin po kung san mkakabili ng leds.. Ty!
