china led light - all white not turning on

Lahat ng blue nag tturn on naman, pero yung mga white hindi na e.
Meron po ba marunong mag fix? how much po kaya?

Is this DIY? Check niyo po yung wiring and connections, tapos i-test niyo rin individual LEDs kung walang pundi o may mga may reverse polarity. Had the same problem with my white strings and it turned out that some of the LEDs' polarities are in reverse.
