Yung downlights ang gamit ko bro sea, pero gumawa kami ng E27 versions.
Tama si bro seaturtle, bro mazach. Also, don't pay attention to the supposed color temperature of the LEDs or even the CRI. Kung gagawa ka ng DIY or bibili ka ng ready made na, ang tignan mo yung spectrum ng LEDs. Dapat mas lamang sa fixture yung mga beads na may 440-460nm spectrum. Maganda rin kung may PAR reading para may estimate ka kung practical bang gamitin yung balak mong bilhin.
Take note as well: not all 1w or 3w or multichip LEDs are the same. Typically mas efficient ang mga branded LEDs like CREE and Osram kumpara sa mga chinese LEDs in terms of light output and energy consumption.

Try to research about multichip LEDs as well (maraming link sa RC, especially yung thread ni maglofster). Malinis siya tignan at konti lang ang binaba sa efficiency.
