Admin/Mods can I request this thread to be renamed as Frag Swap/Donation Thread? Or should we just make another one?

Anyways, let's keep this thread alive. It's been almost 6 years since I first made this thread.

I have several GSP frags from Obet and Sydney (thanks, guys) which I will give out to fellow reefers with properly set up tanks. I already gave out some (and some are reserved), but I still have 5 discs left.

Also available:

3 frags of green frogspawn coral with white/light purple tips (1 from me, 2 from roy_gt)

All frags are for FREE. One frag per person. If you want some, the only requirements I would like to be met would be:

1. The tank must be properly cycled and must meet the minimum equipment requirements for a reef tank i.e, must have sufficient lights, circulation pumps and decent filtration. Sayang naman kasi kung mamamatay lang.

2. Bring your own containers.

3. As soon as the frags grow, please also give out some to other beginning reefers.

Sched of pickup would be arranged via PM. Better if picked up at my place, mahal ang tricycle sa amin eh.

I will give out some more frags in a couple months time. Medyo short pa sa frags ngayon, kasisimula pa lang ulit eh. I would like to encourage other members to give out extra frags if they have some. Thanks, everyone!

bro, IMO opinion, dapat hindi bigay bigay lang sa mga beginners talaga.. kasi pag bigay lang, parang wala lang.. pero depende din sa frag.. yung gsp, kesa naman itapon natin bigay na natin.. pero yung mga frog spawn, matagal lumaki yan.. dapat hindi bigay bigay lang yun.. pwede na yung, gsp na binigay mo, magbalik sila ng frag na galing sa kanila tapos pwede mo na bigyan ng frogspawn..

@obet I agree, I really don't mind swapping since di pa rin naman puno yung tank ko. Pero kung wala naman silang ma-swap okay lang din as long as magbibigay rin sila sa iba pag dumami na or pag may ibang frags sila na ayaw nila. Yung frogspawn since bigay lang din naman ni Armand, okay lang kahit ibigay ko na muna - given aalagaan talaga nung kumuha.

Gusto ko rin kasing matuloy ito para ma-encourage yung mga members na tumangkilik ng aquacultured or tank raised frags imbis na buy-and-kill sila sa carti. Tsaka eto yung commitment ko sa mga nagbigay sa akin years ago na pag ako naman yung merong sobra, ako naman yung magbibigay sa iba. Hehe

Isa pa palang requisite sa mga kukuha eh bawal yung kukuha biglang quit. Sayang yung corals eh. Libre yung mga ipo-post dito, pwede rin for swap pero gawin nating stringent yung guidelines para iwas din sa makukulit na newbies. Kung kaya nilang mag-post ng regular updates, mas maganda. Maganda rin kung maililista nila lahat ng meron sila tapos lahat ng maibibigay rin nila at kung kani-kanino para may patunguhan naman yung activity natin.
