Methylene blue????

Fish metabolize CN within 24-36 hours, if they're still alive.
What you are then left with is gross tissue damage to the liver, again,
if the fish has survived initial damage to its blood. The Methylene blue
would only stress the liver further.

If/After a fish survives initial exposure to CN, either enough of its liver
has survived, or not. Nothing you can do about it. If the liver is too far
gone, the first food intake will kill the fish, as its liver is unable to process
the metabolites generated. This is particularly true of fatty foods. If
enough of the liver is still functioning, the fish can survive and with
good nutrition repair some of the damage.

Methylene blue is indicated against certain parasitic infestations (which
would have been wiped out by CN exposure anyway) and does next to
nothing to repair the damage caused by CN, nor to help the fish heal itself.

Now I know why most exporters/LFS that I visited before weren't agree on the idea of giving the fishes some food/pellets.

So what is the usual "treatment" for this then?

(I thought the exporter's usually won't feed the captive livestock because, it is not economically feasible [expensive] and also would create more by-product waste in their holding containers [particularly during shipments])
