since expenses would skyrocket, how about aquiring windmills and/or solar panels for electricity? that'd be cool, environment friendly pa. (like the resort we went to in calatagan, yung electricity nila galing sa windmill) tapos geothermal cooling na rin. (tutal malamig na sa tagaytay kahit summer.)

tapos elevated yung pool para pati yung sides kita rin. ayus!

kung SPS ang ilalagay sigurado yari nga sa pagdo-dose ng mag, cal and alk kahit weekly WCs.

another issue would be collecting corals, it'd really have a huge impact on the reef if collected in only one vicinity.

Wow, Boss Peter, are you offering to donate the skimmer? Hehehe. Obviously, skimmers and most other equipments can be easily solved well except maybe for the chiller/s.

I'm thinking that it might actually work best if we put up a greenhouse structure so that we can somehow control the 'environment' inside. Imagine how bad it will be should it rain continuously for say 3-5 days, controlling salinity in cases like this would be torture!
