I found a cheap DC-AC inverter that will hookup to a 12volt car battery. Cheap siya compared to the ones you can find at a hardware or car accessory shop.
I found it at Cherry Foodarama Congressional Ave. QC in a small booth facing the counters, you might want to get one for your car or for your tank (or both). It comes in sereval wattages from 100 watts to about 3000 watts (i think).
I'm planning to buy one rated at 150 watts for about P1,800 and I'm planning to hook it up with a 3SM truck battery. It'll be enough for a return pump and maybe an AC aerator in the worst scenario.
May konting issue lang:
Do our pumps work on modified sine waves? May Elec. Engr ba dito? Baka may nakasubok na... I'm asking Aptivabox to design a circuitboard to make the inverter an uninterupted power supply source.
