si sir sid dati.. yearly wc.. pero rics and softies lang corals niya and maraming isda.. pero he had a lot of caulerpa and othermacroalgae..

bros, 4 weeks ng walang WC ang tank ko, so far ok naman ang mga LS, tinitrim ko lang ang chaeto weekly. pwede naman though di ko sya inaadvise,di ko lang maasikaso kaya puro top off at dosing ng 2 part solution ang pinagagawa ko sa binilinan kong tao.

Actually may mga nababasa me na if regular and good ang cleaning and maintenance sa tank, you could go away with lesser water changes

I don't do water changes anymore din, kasi i think medyo magastos at matrabaho if i do it often... i just make sure to dose the calcium, alk, mg, k, and other trace elements... i only switch on my skimmer for an hour every week just to take out solid debris after i stir up sand and dirt. I maintain a lot of algae growth in the system to control nitrate and phosphate levels, (this is why i decided NOT to take care of tangs)... ok naman ang LS ko for many months without WC...

I currenlty doing water change 2X a year nalang pag sinipag at nasa Pinas. The longest na walang water change yung tank ko ay 8 months ..as of now ok pa yung tank ko. Ngayon it's been 5 months na since my last water change. Water change siguro ako ko sa Sept.

i know someone who hasn't done any WCs since his tank was cycling.. now, it's been more than a year.. he said he's just adding supplements.. the fishes are fine, but after looking carefully at the corals, i wouldn't say they're in a good condition.. the shrooms are kinda melting (but they're still whole, not quite a sight though), the gonio is pale, almost the same color as it's base, the gorgonia is big, but it's kinda leaning down, and the others, well you know what i mean.. maybe this would also depend on one's setup? haven't seen his equips though..

Nakita ko po yung latest set up ng tank mo sa member section, ganda naman po. Pati SPS thriving sa no water change, galing
