No water Change Set-up for Marine tanks, is this possible?

Any comments and suggestions. actually i'm already exploring and experimenting on this approach for 4 to 5 months now with very limited LS on my tank.

This began late last year, when my wife got pregnant and I expect to be having less and less time for my tank's housekeeping schedule. So, by late January this year, I slowly reduced the volume and schedule of my water change until I finally stop my regular water change schedule. I am adding salt mix only for the purpose of correcting the salinity, due to over skimming. Use filtered water for top-off. Use two-part solution for suppliments.

My livestocks are all doing fine and the corals are growing as normal, I changed my lights from T5 to MH, so i'm expecting some results for the coming weeks.

Puwede siguro pero very risky yan bro. Yung mga set up sa carti (kathrina's) ata every 3 months sila kung magpalit pero hardy yung mga corals dun bubbles, shrooms etc..

Kawawa naman mga LS kailangan mo kasi i replenish yung mga trace elements na na deplete kaya ka nag WC especially kung reef ka na may inverts at Corals. Kung FO siguro madali lang.

Tank ko yung concern hehe, di po tank ni daddybogs, mali lang me ng account na nagamit, di ko napansing naka-log pa pala siya nung nag post me, hehe...my fault

more than 4 months na without water change, i replenish water naman with salt mix to correct salinity kapag madami nang natatanggal na water si skimmer, i use instant ocean salt mix. then kapag top-off naman yung RO water gamit ko, I also use two-part solution and iodine for suppliments, as of now ok pa mga inverts ko, dami kong snails more than 30 pieces sila, may shrimp din ako at brittle stars. Sa fishes naman, 2 clowns and 8 watchman gobies, may mga small fishes din

dami watchman gobies sir, haha. on topic, ang reason naman for WC is to lower nitrates and phosphates and also to replenish trace elements. if your water parameters are 0 and you can dose elements daily then maybe it is possible...

lagi ko namang monitor yung water params ko eh, and i also do vodka dosing for two months na. Zero nitrates me dahil maliit lang at konti fish ko sa tank, i use instant ocean salt mix to correct salinity pag madami nang nababawas si skimmer, then RO pang top-off ko

Merong isang successful reef aqua sa RC na hindi pa nagWC yung owner for years now. Self sustaining yung tank nya. Ill post it here if I ever do come across it again.

yes, i do think nabasa ko din yun, and i also did some previous research naman muna before actually trying it, first i extended the intervals of my water change schedule while decreasing the volume as well, then i monitor the params and livestocks kung ok, wala namang drastic reaction so, i continued, pero yun nga slowly doing the adjustments, right now i'm still monitoring pa pero happy na me sa results, i am also changing my 20k MH to 10k MH bulb for growth

Bro...same tayo about 4-5 months na din walang WC. . Ok naman LS...naka ATS ako, skimmerless.
