Pls. help: FO setup

I am planning to setup a 20G FO tank. Due to limited space I will not be using a sump. I am only planning 2 or 3 small fishes. What do I need to set this up? What substrate is best? What find of filtration system? Ok ba kung Overhead Filter na lang? Anong laman ng filter? A skimmer will not be used because there won't be any room for it. BTW, I have a 50G reef running for 8 mos. already and doing fine.

sir, lam ko po depende rin sa fish na ilalagay. pero wait naten mga gurus natin kung ano say nila.
