I just want to share my 1 week old 1st SW tank so I would know how to get it better or ano mga need to improve.
Just a very brief story how I started SW: Well my friend used to have FW setup for I think less than a year then di na nya naasikaso and he decided to sell it and since kami naman is newly renovated yung house and I got a lot of space pa I decided na bilhin na since before I used to have a 50 FW tank. Then he sells it to me at 1k 75g kasama yung stand (we call it bentang adik) then nun ng canvass ako carti kung anu aalagaan ko for FW eh I fell inlove with the SW setup and di na ko ng inquire for FW from that time on I decided to go for a SW setup. Then that's how I arrived here sa RP. then after almost a month of reading at balik balik sa Cartimar finally nakapag start na ko mag cycle last week. So ayun before final setup ng tank tour muna ko kala Symphii and Seth and madami ako natutunan and nakuhang idea from them so A big and special thanks sa kanilang dalawa at di ako naligaw ng landas and until now eh ng aask pa din ako kanila So ayun.. 50g Sump: Before ang nasa 1st chamber nyan si crushed corals and cotton filters pero as per advice ayun babaguhin ko sya will change it to: 1st chamber skimmer: 2nd Chamber will divide it to Refugium (and empty muna yung other half for now lagay ko yung extrang LR ko) then 3rd Chamber is Return
My 75g DT: Yung wavemaker binaba ko sya for cycle purpose (or ok na yan or itaas ko pa?) and by the way meron pa ko isang wave maker which I plan to put sa kabilang side naman (or ok na kahit wag na?)
Feel free to suggest guys! Yung sa sump pala yung mga crushed corals nilagay ko sa container para patungan nung Skimmer since may advisable na inches yung lubog nya. Though I have a plan na magpagawa na lang ng parang lamesa type sa glass shop na malapit.
kahit walang tumatalsik diyan pagtagal may mamumuong saltcreep diyan masisira yung bakal.
