Tingin ko yung parang carnations na katabi ng cbb mo. pero parang lithophyton yun not sure, and seafans at Gorgs, pero may seafans at gorg na photosynthetic also.the litho meron din

yup lithophyton yun. Got it 2 inches from C2P tapos ngayon ang kapal na... kaya pala pag umaga ang liit ng litho ko eh... naiinitan ata wahahaha every morning lanta siya..

kung NPS yang sea fans mo bro malaki odds na madedo lang yan sa gutom. Usually dedicated system talaga dapat para sa kanila. Broadcast feeding pa ng plankton 4-7x daily. Nagbuo kami dati ng NPS tank na kreisel flow sobrang madugo, swerte mo kung lumaki siya sayo.

May friend din ako na sobrang tagal na sa hobby, ganyan din dati SPS, LPS at NPS multiple tank pero one system lang. Napa-quit sa hobby dahil sa hirap hahaha.

Anyway tatlo main issues mo diyan

-nutrient management (since kailangan ng sps ang low nutrient system, while ang nps naman kailangan ng regular feeding. ) In short medyo ko tra sa isat-isa.
- allelopathy
- proper nutrition para sa CBB at MI. Di ibig sabihin na tumutuka sila or kumakain eh "okay" na yun. Dapat ma-meet mo rin yung nutritional requirements nila gaya ng mga counterparts nila sa dagat.

I'm not discouraging you, rather mas maganda na alam mo yung magiging problema para at least handa ka if ever dumating man. Sayang din kasi sila pag nadedo.

+1 to marty on this aaron can you take close up shots sa mga sps mo then post it here? Then after a month take a pictures again so that we can keep track. I myself before kumuha rin ako ng isang nps gonio without knowing their needs ayun after 6months I tried feeding na deads din sayang lang... good luck sa mga ls. Nice moorish where did you get one?

oo nga... hirap rin ako sa cbb everyday bago ako umalis tinatry kong bigyan ng shrimp kaso ayaw kainin... pellets ayaw rin.. flakes ayaw rin... while sa nps, sana mabuhay kasi im dosing plankton naman.. kaso hindi daily.. sa moorish so far nagbibigay ako sa kanilang lahat frozen spirulina ata yun. kinakalat ko lang sa water tapos nag wawala sila...

cge, sa saturday ishoot ko ng closeup yung sps at filtration kasi umagang umaga ako umaalis. no time to shoot them.. pangit naman pag gabi kasi wala ako white light. both CBB and moorish from cartimar, pinili ko lang yung mukang matapang at malusog.

April 27, 2014 Update!
I Enhance the color of all the photos because of poor white balance.... tried to do it same as what I see when I shot these corals.

yung mga SPS halos lahat same lang pero masyadong enhance yung color dito. wala kasi white lights kaya pure blue at red lang. anyway, iba yung color na lumabas sa sps ko dito except yung red na sps.

Update: July 12, 2014 (1 week after I removed all rocks, corals and sand)
Dahil sa init ng summer madaming namatay na corals lalo na sps ko.... so I decided to rescape and and to eliminate the barangays of AIPS! Currently adding little by little of frags inside my DT and cooking every rock in boiling water to ensure that all aips will be killed. Removed 4 inches sand and changed to smaller rocks as my sand.
