Kuya pot sigurado ko wala kang bulate sa sand kasi kinakaen ng sand mo. San ka nakabili ng ganyang sand? :mrgreen:

Kuya pot yung pako, nasa sump sikreto ng mga walang pambili yun. Para sa IRON yun iodine naman IODISE salt naman nilalagay ko. Sa potassium naman Blend na saging. Puro DIY lang ako. :mrgreen:
