alluring's cheap nano reef tank

After reading a lot of forums, here's my beginners cheap nano tank

A 15 gallons normal tank

no sump, a nano skimmer ( resun sk 05 )

20% nsw change every week

2 t5's 1 blue actinic

2 percula

1 purple goby ( guess )

any comments and suggentions will be appreciated

Btw, ang plate coral mo ilagay mo na lang sa substrate, they tend to inflate baka mahulog lang at be carefull with your placement of this coral they are aggressive IMHE :wink:

very nice! but as the masters mentioned, you might want to re-arrange those stingy corals away from the non-stingy ones

bakit parang sarado lahat ng softies? ilang t5s nakalagay?
thats a purple firefish.. place your clam higher.. para mas malakas ang ilaw.. yung flame scallop is a filter feeder..

Point the nozzle sa longer side of your tank to enhance waterflow. It will help to open up your corals.

cute ng set up mo...simple but clean looking

ingat dyan sa diadema (pseudochromis)...matapang yan..dami na napatay na fishy sakin yan

btw, san mo nabili yung hammer ? ganda ng color

sirs, the greenish coral behind the clam is the ever available goniopora we commonly see in LFS... very, very hard to maintain in a healthy condition in captivity... all my other corals survive and thrive for months & months, except for this guy... dunno what it needs to thrive. If relatively new system or hindi nakakabit sa dagat ang tank niyo, mahirap ito buhayin ng matagal... up to several months then it start to degrade for some unknown reason for me... :-(

bad experience ko dito, it will survive in our tanks BUT NOT THRIVE, kawawa... :-(
