this is my very first saltwater tank

nice tank.. whats your system specs? mode of filtration? i think you have big corals for your tank.. imo, you need to get smaller frags so you can have more.. get what i mean? less is actually more, as they usually say

thank you sir... oo nga po ang lalaki ng corals ko eh... sana may magpalit ng small frags ng zoas na lang, anyways HOB filter lang po, JEBO 502 tapos yung light ko yung nabibili sa carti na aquazonic...

marami nga po nagadvise sa akin na overstocked ang tank ko... glad that i had found this forum...

interesting here is my anemone managed to survived in my tank, pero yung friend ko bumili ng anemone days lang agad namatay to think na malaki tank nya at mas nauna sya sa akin mag SW...

hello bro, same experience kami ng kaibigan mo noong newbie ako... hehehe... so i might suggest na avoid anemones para mas marami kang mailagay, lalo na sa small setup na 5g, they'll be a big problem when they roam around the tank...

also, i suggest na gawan mo rin ng maganda rockscape yung tank par preentable kahit maliit, dami ditong pico tank na magaganda.... hehehe, and if you want some small frags of zoas, (just small lang ha?) i can spare you a small frag for free naman hehe...

sa palagay ko ang ganda tignan nyan kung zoas and mushroom dominated, kase sa corals mo ngayun, malaking chance na mag sting sila sa ibang corals or sa anemone... so i would suggest na just put some peaceful corals, like zoas, mushrooms, at iba pa, basta small size lang para marami ka mailagay at mas maging makulay tank mo...

Agree ako sa mga Zoa, yuma and mushroom. Stick with those corals, use small frags para marami kang variety na mailalagay. Wag ka magmadali kasi pag nagmadali ka, you will find it hard to dispose your current livestock pag nakita mong hindi na sila appropriate sa setup mo.

as for my experience di maganda yung blue bag na saltmix sa carti yung tig 200... di siya good for corals...

hindi mo pa pala binawasan fishes mo... sana kayanin ng system... and hows your temp??? picos are the no.1 sufferers from summer heat i hope my fan ka dyan...

My temperature is in the range between 28-30% and mabilis ang change ng temp. I agree na you should probably keep one fish in the tank to reduce some bioload. Sana kaya ng bilogical filter mo with that much load in your system.
