Live fish from Philippines

Hi, Anyone knows if is it allowed to bring out live saltwater aquarium fish from Philippines and carry it on a baggage? I am planning to buy some fish and bring here to Singapore for my aquarium.

Allowed po kasi dito sa singapore magpasok ng max 5 species of aquarium fish. Di ko lang alam kung allowed sa Pinas maglabas via plane.
