refeeree, i dont think it will work, i tried the energy saver bulbs and the chaeto rotted away. it needs tricromatic bulbs, osram has some trico bulbs. MH is also trichromatic.

il goo to the beach with in the month hopeflly. u guys still hasnt decided where i can mail them...

Sir, I've read a lot of threads using incandescent light for their chaeto. Mas ok raw kung yellow yung lights., Some say using 18w 50/50 & their macro is growing like crazy?

Maybe kailangan nutrient rich yung water para mabuhay yung chaeto kahit mababa yung watts? :?:

iba iba pala requirement ng fuge depende sa napakaraming factors. kaya yung sinasabi sa RC doesn't mean na ok din para sa atin. kaya siguro may nag-post doon na inaalam din nya ano gamit na ilaw ng iba. it means, we also have to try and gain knowledge through our own experience. tiyak tayo rin dito magiging iba iba ang resulta. mahirap kasi ang "bench reef keeping", unreliable yun. again it's IMO.
