Quarantine Tank problem

Hi mga sir, ask k lng kng kelangan b icycle ang quarantine tank? Ngsetup kc ako ng 15 gallon quarantine tank, water na ginamit ko ay galing sa DT when I water change, then I bought ordinary trickle filter na may foam lng. Ang problem kc is I bought 2 clownfish then quinarantine k cla, after 3 days namatay ung isa, nilipat k na ung isang clownfish sa DT after that since takot ako bka mamatay rn ung isa.
I left my pump on for 2 weeks to cycle the quarantine tank since isip k na un ung problem, then bumili ulit ako ng 2 wrasse, after ilan days namatay nanmn ung isa. Anu po ba ang problem? Pls help.

check the parameters of the QT. if there are no problems then the problem could be the fishes themselves.

bro kung ang ginamit mo water sa quarantine tank is yung pinagpalitan mo ng water sa dt mo, naku.. Malamang mataas na sa nitrate yun. Make sure kapag gamit ka ng water sa quarantine, hindi yung pinaggamitan na.

It can help din na cycled na pero since sandali lang ang gamit ng quarantine, i dont think na need pa na i-cycle. Unless, lagi syang nakaOL kahit wala kang i-quarantine, kaya lang dagdag gastos yan.

Hi sir, before b ako mglagay ng fish kelangan bgong timpla saltwater ang lagay k sa QT? Then On k lng ung filter and let the fish stay at the QT for 2 weeks? Ndi po b tataas ang amonia, nitrite and nitrate within the span of 2 weeks? Thanks.

any big enough container with proper water circulation/aeration would be fine. Sa akin online lang kapag may bago Pero kung magsisimula ka pa lang magstock, mas maganda online lagi tutal kahit aerator at sponge filter okay na.

It would be also good to somehow quarantine your newly purchased corals in a non-medicated tank with paraneters matching your DT. That way iwas problema ka sa mga nuisance algae, parasites and predatory organisms.
