Microbubbles/Bubbles? (good/bad?)

mga sirs, i read lots of posts saying that u guys remove microbubbles or bubbles from ur setup...

1. are bubbles/microbubbles bad for the aquarium? (bad for fishes/LR/corals etc?)

2. i use an overhead filter connected to the sump as my return and as the water flows down the main tank from it, it creates bubbles kasi... (good/bad?)

3. if bad, how do i remedy kaya? i use overhead para if ever namatay yung pump from the sump, walang backflow...

thanks for the link!....

can u guys suggest another way for the water to enter the main tank from the sump w/o having backflow probs in case the pump shuts down accidentally and minimizing bubbles din?.....
