Guys..i have a wild caught cowfish..fishermen gave it to me..nakuha sa lambat nila last wednesday..he's not eating until now..yesterday i reset my tank para lagyan ng designs..i put him solo sa isang timba(im afraid kasi na isama sa ibang fishes baka maglabas ng toxin deads lahat isda ko)..then after the reset, nilagay ko na sila lahat..they're doin' fine naman..the cowfish is swimming although di siya kumakain..this morning i feed them..i noticed daming white spot sa katawan niya pati sa fins..parang mga white sand na nakadikit sa kanyang armor-like skin..i wonder what is this..eh black naman kulay ng sand ko..i think maybe he's immune system went down kasi di na siya kumakain..stressed pa lagi kasi mga kapatid ko ang kukulit..i think he's not okay..

any advices? pano ko kaya ito mapapagaling? hahayaan ko nalang siya gumaling? i'm worried kasi eh..di pa siya kumakain..

i'm planning na i-release na siya sa sea tomorrow kung di pa nawala ich..ibabalik ko nalang siguro dun..naaawa na ako..marami nahuhuling cowfish mga fishermen dito tapos tinatapon lang nila..di raw kasi nakakain kaya inampon ko na itong isa..

you can't return the fish from the tank to the sea it might cause contamination

try getting it into a QT with low salinity or putting copper

oh! sorry..can i use heater sir? i don't have any copper here..can i use FW dip for about 5mins?

What are you feeding your cowfish? Pati you really need a hydrometer. Yun ang pinaka basic at important na gamit bro.
