parasite or a disease?

the fish was very healthy po sir since i got it...it greedily feeds on nori, pellets (omega one w/ garlic and spectrum), and an occasional treat of shrimp flesh...pls i need help po sir on how to cure this disease...i just noticed it the other the day po, na parang may sugat siya sa may fins nya...recent addition sa tank ko po sir is some LRs attached w/ zoos and some softees...

It looks to be a small wound that got infected. As such, you will need to set up a quarantine tank and treat the fish with an anti-bacterial medication. If you can find Maracyn-2, that has always worked for me, but at double the dosage.
