try 30+% formaldehyde (formalin), since brooklynella is not affected by copper. (btw, malachite is copper)
but as much as possible, don't use malachite and formalin for dips, especially if the fish is newly purchased. QT with meth blue first (for a few days, kung matyaga ka, weeks.), then if even a slight possibility of brooklynella appears, do a FW+formalin dip.

For those using Malachite green or other unknown or potentially hazardous materials, I strongly suggest looking up the MSDS or "Materials Safety Data sheet".
The information provided should keep you on the safe side while you work with those chemicals. I'm posting this separately in the Beginners' forum for everyones' safety.
MSDS for Malachite green::
I thought it had Copper sulfate, but I guess I got that after reading the contents of the bottle. So check the ingredients/contents just the same. The Malachite green I used before (locally repacked) had copper sulfate.
