hyposalinity and pop-eye question

hi to all.. i need an advice regarding my FOWLR tank..

My 40gals tank is now in hypo treatment for about 4weeks..
As i observe my tank, its now free of parasites..
I have 8 percula clown, 2 african clown, 2 anchas,1 tomato clown,
1 damia, and 1 trigger(dark blue sya, dont know the exact name).
small sizes lang lhat sila, and all of them eat well..

1 things as i observe, 4weeks na nka-hypo tank ko, yung african clown ko nagka-pop-eye?!
then on the 3rd day after ko makita yung african, yung isang anchas din?!
Tig-isang mata sila..
What is the cause of a POP-EYE?
Nakakahawa ba sya?
How to cure it?

And also, pansin ko lang, parang kumukupas yung colors nila?
Salinity ng tank ko is 1.011 to 1.013.
0 amonia.

Is hyposalinity, may be a cause of a POP-EYE and the FADING of thier colors?

15 fishes in 40 gallons? mukang magkakaproblem ka talaga in terms of water quality sa ganun sir IMO

What kind of filtration are you using?

Check for ammonia, baka nagka-ammonia spike ka.

ako sir nag ganyan din yung maliit kong blue tang, i think over sa alat, kaya ginawa ko is tinama ko yung alat niya after a day okay na ulit siya, try mo din sir itama yung salinity mo... i noticed din po n kumupas din yung colors nila dati nung sobrang sumaba yung aking salinity, though matagal na yun and okay na silang lahat ngayun, maybe all because sa salinity mo bro... try mo po muna itama and we'll see what will happen

Could you check your other parameters as well? Nitrite, nitrate, PH. Posible rin na PH ang prob.

Ang ginawa ko sa hyposalinity ko nun, overhead filter,maraming maraming ceramic rings, carbon, and daily water change. Tapos yung pump for the ohf, may airline tubing kaya may bubbles yung tubig, para makatulong sa PH levels.

And btw, I think hyposalinity should be 1.008-1.009. If you're trying to get rid of ich.
