Swim Bladder Disease

My batfish just recently is suffering from fin rot, which I've been medicating with Melafix. This has worked for me with my past fishes. But just today, my batfish seemed disoriented, parang walang balance. Ang bilis niyang madala sa movement ng water, and as of tonight, upside down na sya sa taas ng water. He's still breathing pero parang di na siya makabalik ng tama. I read around and saw it might be swimbladder disease due to the floating pellets I feed it. Tama ba yon? May fins pa naman sya so I highly doubt if he's upside down because of his finrot.

1. Should I just leave him upside down? Di ba yan dangerous sa kanya?
2. What can I do kaya to cure the disease? I plan not to feed him for a day or two (accdg to what I've read). Tama kaya yon?
