Identify Disease please

Pls. identify this disease, it has happened to already 2 of my fish including this one.

How would you define "poor water conditions"
Ang pH ko po is 8.2-8.4
nitrite 0
ammonia 0
nitrate 80 (don't know how that's possible..)

and I regularly dose vodka, vinegar, alkaline and calcium solutions. I do water changes around 5 gals. per week. I have one 100 gal. tank interconnected (via sub-tank) with a 75-gallon tank.

Nitrate mo 80? Parang mataas ata yun a. My take? Baka kulang yung 5 gals a week water change mo considering your large total water volume. Besides, I don't think they were referring to your water quality but to the water quality of the lfs you bought your fish from.

I don't know if I were right sir. Maybe it is related to water quality of your local fish store that you buy your fish. It has a transient infection and just progress and develop a fungal infection because of stress and introduction. Kindly check check your tank sir first, maybe there is something contributing to your high level of nitrates. Filter media? or do you have a related ceramics or bioballs? it may house lots of detritus materials that makes your levels high? Kindly check sir.

Or is it that the fish is already a carrier of the disease? I give them an fw dip first before transferring them to a tank.

Is it possible sir, or maybe sir it is affected just of stress and the fish has it in the tank where it came from sir. Just an idea, and not entirely fact.

Well, the fish that died were 2 weeks with me so more likely it got into the fish's body then carried on to my tank. Will a UV Sterilizer do the trick?

You can try a dip in methylene blue for upto 10 minutes but if they feel distress you can remove them earlier. You can also try a solution of 35 percent formalin in freshwater not tap use. The same interval every 2 minutes or up to 10 minutes, formalin is effective in treating most diseases and preventing parasites. Just advice sir.
