i have a question lng po... . I have a small yellow tang, think he's sick or something.. parang ngppeel yung skin nya, yung fins sa back part ng body nya... Anu po kaya yun?

You should kill your fish first(which one has peeling problem),and you have to change your water tank's water immediately, because that fish relishing lots of bacteria,and contact the professional or fish(animal) doctor.
