Clam bleaching?

Is it still alive? Clams are photosynthetic so they can bleach. Must be the water temp.

wala na to sir, deads na. most of my corals namatay because sa vodka. namutla lahat. he he he... but ung iba starting to have their color back.

Same thing happened to me. I guess vodka is not for everyone. BTW what brand of vodka did you use?

cosak. ayaw ata ng local brand. sosyalan... hehehe

That's a coincidence. I also used that. Russian vodka is ethanol from potatoes. Local vodka may not come from potatoes but from sugar cane perhaps. Maybe that's the difference. Initially I used Russian vodka cheap at P180 everything was okay until I switched.

tagal na yan. nag bleached lahat dahil sa vodka.

It appears no two tanks are ever the same. Puede sa iba, malas kung hindi. Napabili tuloy ako ng sulfur denitrator, and it worked, for nitrate reduction only, phosphate problema pa rin. My three clams (back to the topic?) are doing fine.
