turbo or astrea eating my zoos?

Hi, just recently got some zoos. I was surprised to find one of my snails on it when I woke up. It appeared to be eating it. So I immediately moved the snails to my sump.

Are there known cases of turbo or astrea snails eating zoos? Or, are there other non-reefsafe snails that look like turbo or astreas?

I'll post a pic of the snail when I got some extra time.

after further research, the snails I have are trochus snails. seen here...

They should be reef safe. But, the one in my tank was on top of my zoos.

Anyone have further experience with these snails? I was hoping I could keep them on my DT since they help a lot with reducing algae.
