question on turbo snail and shrimp

i'm also a newb, but as far as i know, turbo snails eat the algae that grow on your tank, so i don't see any reason why they won't survive in your FOWLR setup.

Regarding cleaner shrimps, sila ung kulay white/off-white na may 2 red stripes on their back. If im not mistaken, they are called cleaner shrimps because they eat parasites from other fish.

i hope I'm right, hehe.

ah ok. naisip ko lang kasi na yun lion fish they also need cleaning di ba? so what invertebrates or fish can clean them without being eaten?

Find a blue cleaner wrasse [/i]Labroides dimidiatus . When you put in your tank make sure he still have a mesh basket with holes in it for him to go out in time and big fish doesnt immediately grab him.

Ive seen cleaner fish became good snack for old big fish in the aquarium. What we did is to lower them in baskets near corals and let them move out on their own.
