Planning to put up a simple FO 75G tank

Hi everyone i need some advice po from the hobbyist of marine keeping and experts advice po for FO tank no plan npo to make it a fowlr o reef
May 75 gals tank po ako and the ff. Accesories i have
2 overhead filter
1 protein skimmer
1wave maker ( bibili palang)
pebbles/ dead crushed corals( for substrate)
Artificial decorations para bahay ng fishs


Im planning to have 1 volitan lionfish,1 puffer,1 niger trigger
1hawaii tang or Dory(kung kayanin ng budget)
Questions ko po:
ok na po b ung 2 overhead filter for filtration? And ano po pwede ilagay dun sa loob activated carbon lang po b?
San po ako mas makakatipid salt mix or natural seawater? And suggestions po san ok bumili ng natural seawater.
Sakali po may saltwater napo ung tank ko ok na po b lagyan ko na agad ng fish or i need to cycle it pa?
Also ok lang po b kung maarawan ung tank ko kc sa lanay ko po ilalagay ung tank but FO tank lang po
Last po paano po ung maintenance sa simple FO tank like pag change ng water or pag evaporate po ng water

I'm also planning to setup 75G tank. I will keep an eye to this thread.. and hopefully to learn more from the experts.

I think khervmonzon already posted on aquarium related that he's selling the whole set up since he has no time for it.
