queries about my prospect fishes

Mga master may mga tanong po ko tungkol sa prospect fishes ko.

1. Eto po mga prospect fishes ko for my 90gal-100gal tank (estimated)

4 false percs
3 green chromis
3 firefishes
1 yellow watchman goby
1 blue tang
1 different tang (probably naso or lipstick)
2 cleaner shrimps

Q> crowded po ba?
Q> paki arrange nga po kung sino yung unang ilalagay sa tank
Q> paano po iintroduce yung mga falsr percs since 4 sila
Q> since may plan ako mag reef after a year, and assuming na buhay sila. Reef safe po ba lahat sila?

Too many clowns, they may end up beating each other or beating the crap out of the smallest. A pair would do, putting other species may also be problematic but given the tank size, you may get away with it. If ever you will still put that many clowns, try to introduce the smallest first.

Naso and blue tangs may still be big for your tank. But if you really are keen with keeping a tang or two, stick with the blue tang and get another tang with a different shape... just keep in mind tangs are active swimmers and will need all the swimmjg space they can get. BTW, tangs are poop machines and will contribute a lot on your bioload.

If you have a decent filtration system and a decent skimmer, the fish list would be fine. Just don't forget to do your WCs.

Introduce the small fishes at the same time, tang/s go in last.

yes, they are all reef safe. But tangs, especially blue tangs have this nasty habit of nipping cloves and zoanthids when not fed properly and frequently since they are voracious grazers.

some tangs will also eat GSPs, matting xenia colonies and other swaying soft corals.

I've witnessed one blue tang wiping out a friend's colony of imported yellow cloves.

So sir 2 false percs, 3 green chromis, 3 firefishes, 1 yellow watchman goby, 1 blue tang muna ko sa ngayon? Ano po kayang ibang tang na di magkakaproblema sa blue tang. Btw, yung reef na ibig sabihin ko po is actinos and zoas lang hahaha

tominini tang siguro o kaya scopas. forgot to mention may risk din na mag-upakan yang mga firefishes.. pero ganun din gaya kanina since malaki naman yung tank mo, baka kayanin. open style mo na lang yung rockscape mo na maraming hiding areas para madiffuse yung aggression sa mga isda.

try mo rin magresearch regarding flasher wrasses, maganda sila at generally mabait.

kung mapapansin mo 240gal ang recommended tank size nila para sa blue tang. Although alam naman natin sa real setting lalo dito hindi nasusunod yan.

ultimately nasa iyo pa rin naman ang decision.

Marami po kong hiding place sa tank. Inayos ko po yun para talaga sa firefish and clowns para may kanya kanya silang territory hehe. Di ko po kasi kursonads yung scopas and wrasses e. Siguro po okay na ko sa ganung LS hehe. HYT okay naman po ba sa blue tang yun? Pwede po bang sya yung last na iintroduce ko sa tank since super mahal nya? Hahaha

Pwede, basta mas malaki yung pinakahuli mong ilalagay.

Basta FOWLR man or mag reef ka, maintain mo lang yung water quality para di sayang pera hehe

Sabay mo na kahit yung clowns at goby. After a week yung firefishes then after a week yung chromis and so on.

Magandang idea rin (at highly recommended) na mag-quarantine ka muna ng isda bago mo ilagay. Mahirap magkaroon ng outbreak lalo pag kumpleto na yung mga isda mo.

Sir wala po kasi akobg QT kasi wala nang space dito sa bahay .. paano po gagawin ko dun? Parang gusto ko pa magdagdag ng LS kasi ayaw ko ng inverts e. Siguro snails lang. Baka tanggalin ko na sa listahan yung CS. Ano po massuggest nyo? Hehe
