I have an existing HYT in my tank and I am going to add a Purple tang soon. Any one with a suggestion how to make this possible?

if may acrylic cage ka , mas ok. put the pt in t he cage. let it free if you see no aggression in a few days. i think you wont have much of a problem in adding the pt last, as to adding a hyt with an already established pt, mas matapang kasi pt. i have a pt and im thinking of seling it kasi it keep on nipping my zoas dahil clean ang tank ko, konti lang algae hehehe

Richard's advice is correct. Another thing would be to catch the HYT & release them all together at the same time in the tank. Or you can release the PT with all the lights out so that it won't get noticed. Best results is to introduce a Tang that is bigger in size than the existing Tangs you already are keeping. Unfortunately all of these solutions won't guarantee you success, it may work or otherwise to someone else. Good luck!
