i'm also a newbie that's why i need to know if somebody tried this already: how about using dry ice and fans? would it work to cool our tank? will there be any implications to our water condition and livestocks? i'm just wondering..
(dry ice= solidified carbon dioxide)

we've decided to go with the cement sump. the idea is 2x3x6 feet below the ground. do you think this will be enough? anyone here who have done this before? water proofing, etc.? can you recommend good materials for water proofing? thanks...
