great to know a lot of people are gaining interest in this project. 
These are some known issues:
a. Expense
b. Purity and Dissolvability of the mix. (without much impurities and without causing precipitation)
c. Availability of reagents
d. Shelf life (preventing the mix from being hygroscopic. tough one)
e. Knowing what elements are needed (in estimated amounts) and what elements shoould be removed. (like heavy metals.)
I need more advice on chemistry :p . (paging sir shalom, sir shalom)
