Anyone knows of paint that can be used on PVC that is safe to be submerged in the tank?
I have seaswirls I am extending drops for their outlets. I would want to paint the pvc extension fittings with black to match the balck seaswirls so it won't look displeasing.
Anyone? Help please, please.

You're welcome. Krylon's pretty expensive here though. FWIW most spray paints are reef safe... but will chip faster unlike krylon which binds to plastic or PVC.
