Found a really nice store for pvc pipes and fittings. I went to emrich trading looking for the union patente because I know they sell skimmers and I was hoping that they might have some pipes and fittings. The owner of emrich was really nice and helped me find a pvc store. Sorry if it sounds like a plug for emrich but the owner is really nice, I've only been there twice and both times I've had excellent experience them. Anyway, he told me to go to a store specializing in selling water station stuff. Lo and behold it's the greatest place to buy pvc fittings. I've bought fittings before for my old tank and I've always had problems buying bigger sized fittings. This place has a lot of pipe stuff, check valves, ball valves, stuff that I've never seen in ace hardware or wilcon. And the quality is great, their pvc stuff is colored gray (Same quality as my reef octopus valves). Its not like the blue ones they sell in the malls. Anyway, I bought 1.25inch union patente for 122.00 and a 1" strainer for 96.00. I'm not really up to date with prices but I was expecting to pay more. Anyway, here is their website hope this info will help our fellow reefers.
