hi mga gurus's i need help regarding my double ballast if the switches can be separated like if actinic or white only.. e2 ung picture ng circuit diagram.

Not really sure but maybe a switch on #6 or #7.
Then another on #1 or #2.

Not sure on this because what we normally do is put a switch on the power supply. But since there is only one power supply and 2 outputs, Maybe putting a switch on the output would simulate a bulb that is not working. Not sure if this actually safe or makes any sense.

Maybe some other members here with more experience can chime in.

pwede kahit saan mo ilagay yung switch, kaso pag sa 4 patay both.. a switch may simulatea broken bulb as actino said.. however, i think the output of fluorescent drivers are in the kV range.. baka hindi kayanin ng switch in the long run.. kasi mga switch usually rated for 250V lang..
