SeaTurtle's DIY ATS unit...

greetings RP! i'll start a new DIY thread again and this time it's about an ATS unit. the unit will be using a pair of 24" x 6" screen, probably a 2000lph powerhead (or more), 4 12" T5 NO's warm white (i should have bought the 24" t5's should i've known that i will modify my original design...

the original design is an in-sump unit. but later on i had thought that i would just instead using it as an overhead unit. here's a cross section of the original design:

...this unit will be used in an experiment to test the ats's efficiency. thoughts, concerns &/or suggestions are very much welcome.

nice DIY.. post niyo yung step by step at exact measurements.. ayaw niyo try yung bucket type.. mas better ata yun.. problem ko pag mahaba yung ats, mahirap gawing equal yung pag labas ng tubig dun sa pvc.. maka may dead spots.. plus mas malakas na pump kailangan compared sa taller version..
